I have used PROFITmatic for over 3 years. It’s a brilliant set of tools all be it a little out of date by todays standards,
I have built several sites, – never down, – always get a response to a support ticket within 24 hours. have had the odd glitch when building sites but always overcome them.

I’m with Patrick on the nearly non-existent support. I’ve used profitmatic for 3 years and have created numerous websites (not for marketing) for friends and family, all small businesses. In every case I have had to switch the website to another company because of poor service. Their phone number either rings ‘busy’, or hangs up on you without ringing at all, or gives a message that the mailbox is full and messages cannot be left. When I have asked (dozens of times in 3 years) why they cannot answer their phone or call back or even respond to their favored communication (support tickets) in less than a couple of days (usually longer) they act as if I never asked the question.
Currently I cannot log in to my own email… the phone number just hangs up (I’ve called 17 times) and I sent a support ticket which I’ll maybe get a response to by Monday (its Thursday).
I suggest Godaddy…

I concur with the Admin’s remarks, having used PROFITmatic for two years now. HOWEVER, their technical support falls somewhere between totally non-existent and slow-as-molasses. I have just added two new pages to my PROFITmatic-hosted website which do not show up. Worse, all of the other pages now simply default to the home page. In other words, the site is broken. All this in the midst of a major launch via Clickbank of a newly published eBook. But no one can download, since they can’t access the download page. Sent two politely worded support tickets over a three day period asking for help. Nothing. Nada, Zippo! The monetized portion of my website is now totally defunct, and it costing me LOTS of potential income. If the Amin or anyone else has a secret contact email address to support that actually works, I’d appreciate knowing about it ASAP!
