I don’t like to reply to comments, but each comment sometimes give me a new idea.
The last comment here for instance, explain exactly human nature.
We could be afraid of failure so we do nothing.
or we cannot so we criticize

We hate to be in charge so we always say YES SIR
we want others to like us and end up hating ourselves.

But it supposed to be like that, we cannot be all businessmen, or rich, or even satisfied.

If some one makes money easy, others need to work hard.
