Content is king, guys. Building a website and making money off of it is simple if you find a niche where there`s a good opportunity to never run out of things to write about. Running your site in a professional way for years and years will give the site authority, and you will get readers that will return every day, if you update your site that often. And returning visitors = money.

Well to make money online, my experience is that you have to at least have a plan for 1 year ahead. If you then stick to that plan, and keep on building, in the end the money will come.

I dont agree that one should build a site about something one is passionate enough about to continuously write content for. Instead, one should research what would be profitable. I mean, what`s the point in writing about knitting if there`s no search volume? I`d rather go for something like credit cards or something like that (and I do); even though the competition is heavy, there`s a LOT more money to make from it.

Yes, we can make money from home… I agree. I experienced…I want to share this story so that others with the same plight may be benefited.I am a single mom and lost my job about 6 months ago. Yes, as others have said finding something that you enjoy doing is the best way to start. Once you've decided on that, you can look around for opportunities related to it. Do this, and there's a good chance you'll hang in there long enough to start to see some cash come in. But if you're only promoting something because of the potential to make money, you might give up before you make any money.
