Something very important happened to me in the previous two months. I am running what I can honestly call it an internet home business; it’s my only income source. I have some websites that generate good income for me and my family, and the main earning comes from promoting valuable and very effective affiliate products.
Last month my kids insist that we need to go to a vacation, and they will not accept me taking my laptop. Â First of all it was the best time I had ever had, and we enjoyed the time together. But when I came back and started to check out my home business performance I was shocked.
It was the first time for me to leave work for 2 months, my business is all about internet marketing and promoting my websites. The main website has about 900 unique visits each and every day and it was growing, and I thought it will not be damaged if I stop promoting it for few days.
When I came back from our vacation, I checked the statistics of my site to find out that it dropped to less than 500 unique visits per day, my affiliate sales were less than 40% of what I was generating each month, it was a disaster for me.
This is a downside of the affiliate marketing, you get commission per sale, so you need to sell more in order to earn more, and if your sale stops for any reason your income will stop and it will be a disaster for someone depending only on this income.
But thankfully I have another source of income, it’s my network marketing opportunity, and it is a residual income that keep coming each month with a good increase, and when I went my vacation the commission kept coming, it’s true that it did not increased a lot through those days, but it did grow more.
So if you are depending on your online income from your internet home business, you need to strongly consider building a passive residual income through promoting a good network marketing opportunity such as MyWorldPlus opportunity which is the best for me and generate the highest income for me.
Running your own internet business is a great choice, everyone must start at least considering this option, it cost almost nothing to start but it demand at least 2 hours a day promoting and marketing this business. Let me summarize, if you are running an internet home business you need to promote it all the time, never stop, and keep working, when you start to receive commission it will push you to work harder and you will earn more and more, we all know that the first $100 is the hardest, after that you will see the money coming from all direction.
When you find a strategy that work, focus on it and keep doing it.
Promote at least one home business opportunity that will generate for you a residual income, that will keep coming no matter what happens, it is your safety net, and the best home business opportunities that generate the best residual income are network marketing opportunities; but it must be honest, with a legitimate product or service, pays on time, and pay you highly for your effort.

Yeah – This entire ‘make money online’ thing is much harder than people want to believe. I think it’s because they have heard stories from the early Internet days. But the reality is that a turnkey business doesn’t just start itself. It’s the same as always, you get out what you put in. If you work hard and stay with it you can make money. But most people quit far before that point.

Additionally, diversity is huge. I’ve read about people who put all their eggs in one basket to see their income source dry up.

And yes, I agree with most of the posters here. Making money isn’t easy per se…it takes a lot of time and hard work, especially at first. Those who keep at it long enough will usually make at least a part-time income from home.
